Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of DinePad, provided by Gotrack Tech Services FZC.

Subscription

Plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page or agreed with your reseller. Trials end automatically unless a plan is activated.

Your data

You own your business data. You are responsible for the accuracy of tax invoices and for meeting your tax obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other businesses' data or interfere with its operation.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last three months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
