Taking orders on a small screen is slow when the restaurant is busy. With voice ordering in the DinePad app, the waiter or cashier holds the button and says the order the way a guest says it: "two chicken biryani, one mint lemonade".
DinePad matches what it hears against your own menu, so words that are not on the menu are left out. It then shows a check list with the items and quantities. Correct anything, say more, or add it all to the bill with one tap. The KOT can go to the kitchen by voice too.
Owners choose in Settings whether clear matches go straight to the bill or always wait on the check list.
